Exterior Paint-only Consultation

So you want to update your exterior, while honoring the street's cohesive look, but without the fear of being the unsightly house on the block?  You've seen 'that' house before.  What pressure!  Painting the outside of your home is likely the most public and expensive decision you will make.  Color it Current will save you multiple trips to the past store and time painting samples while 'The Jones' share unsolicited opinions.

Inclusive 4-Hour Package:

• 2 hours together at your home.  This includes walking the property to establish what colors coordinate with your immediate neighbors, roof, windows, stone or brick.  Staying true to the architectural style of your home, a color palette will be chosen for trim, main body color and accents such as garages, front doors, decks, etc.

• 2 hours in-studio; post-consultation.  This time combines to design your digital Color Map, mail paper color samples, provide referrals, reviews bids and provide communication as-needed during your paint project.

A paint refresh is necessary as time passes, southern exposure causes fading, trends change or new homeowners move in and need to make it their own.  Experience has proven that more than half of those requesting a paint refresh are also ready to improve the facade beyond paint alone.  Color it Current will expand your vision with architectural recommendations*, curb appeal elements*, and landscaping cleanup* along with referring trusted local professionals to make the design come to life.

Inclusive 6-Hour Package:

• 2 hours together at your home.  A paint palette will be provided as described in the package above.  Additionally, Danielle will discuss architectural recommendations*, curb appeal elements* and landscaping cleanup enhancement opportunities.

• 4 hours in-studio; post-consultation.  This time combines to design your digital Paint Color Map and Mood Board, mail paper color samples, refer vetted professionals, reviews bids and respond to questions during your exterior project.

Considerations:

• This package is intended to design a direction for multiple elements that can work ala carte (or all-inclusive) by coordinating colors and common undertones.  Color it Current does not specialize in architecture, roofing, landscaping, etc.  Our recommended (or your selected) partners will take Color it Current's vision and materialize it for you without continued involvement.

• This package is not currently offered as a virtual consultation.

• A digital rendering of the suggested enhancements is sold separately.  Visuals are provided in a Mood Board format.

• *Architectural elements may include:  Vinyl Windows, custom shutters, column wraps, stone veneers, garage/front doors, decorative accent trim, wood accents, gable accents, composite decking, etc.

• *Curb appeal may include:  House numbers, address plaque, lights, garage hardware, flower boxes, large-scale planters, seating, etc.

• *Landscape cleanup begins with the removal of overgrown trees or shrubbery blocking the beauty of the home's facade.  Additional areas discussed will include where a new berm, shrub lined path or large-scale stones could draw attention from the street.
