Property owners and managers alike hire Color it Current to select exterior color when repainting or building a commercial property.  Repainting multi-family communities increases retention and renter pride; especially as new complexes are entering the market rapidly. Color it Current will bring new life to tired units with a single color palette or a variety of interworking palettes. 

KC Metro Package Includes

• 1 hour onsite with the property manager to discuss fixed elements such as stone, windows and roofing with initial color direction as well as how many color palettes make sense for the number of buildings within the community.*
• Up to 3 unique color palettes will be suggested for approval.  Each visualized as a digital Photoshop rendering using the façade of one sample building.  1 round of modest edits is included.  Additional color combinations can be suggested and rendered for $100 each.
• Once approved, a detailed placement map is created for the painter identifying which color each architectural feature is assigned.
• If presenting to a board (vs. 1:1) or various roundtable group discussions are requested, they will be handled as billable hours outside of the package.

*If the property manager is not local to KC, Color it Current can visit the community solo or host a video call with the manager to review provided photos.

Gone are the days a laundry list of Sherwin Williams' colors can suffice for a community to maintain cohesiveness and sound exterior paint decisions throughout the neighborhood.  Faulty images online guide unskilled eyes to innocently disrupt the feel of a street with too bold, bright or distasteful color combinations.  This is extremely frustrating and there is an affordable solution!

Hire Color it Current to update your neighborhood's approved paint colors via a 'Paint Combination Pamphlet'.    Avoid a 50 color swatch catalog of approved colors and post a customized PDF booklet to your community weblink showcasing 20-40 Sherwin Williams' exterior color combinations.  Each displaying 3-4 coordinating colors approved for use together for the main body, trim and choice of accent color(s) for front door, garage doors and/or shutters.
